After a rainy May that led to postponing the first ever Mental Health Awareness Night at Modern Woodmen Park, we were excited to host the ballgame on Thursday, July 18th.
The River Bandits wore mental health jerseys that were auctioned on behalf of services here at Vera French. Vera French staff held a raffle and handed out mental health ribbons at a concourse table during the game. And, Foundation Executive Director, Nathan Sondgeroth, spent several innings in the dunk tank raising money for our cause.
