Habilitation Home Care

Vera French Supported Community Living offers services that include both hourly services in a client’s home or community location, as well as Home-Based Habilitation services (up to 24 hours per day) at designated sites in the Quad Cities. Services are individually tailored to the needs of each client, but may include:

Adaptive skill development
Assistance with activities of daily living
Community inclusion
Transportation
Adult educational support
Social and leisure skill development
Personal care
Protective oversight/supervision
Coordination of services
