Exciting News! Carol’s Village Gardens is opening soon in Davenport. Carol’s Village Gardens is 30 new apartment units of affordable & supportive housing for people in our community, offering six units of Permanent Supportive Housing for individuals emerging from homelessness. To turn these spaces into homes, we urgently need your help to furnish them!

Carol’s Village Gardens, located at 820 Harrison Street, set to open in late Fall 2025. This brand-new development offers 30 units in total, featuring a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments.
Unit Breakdown: 26 one-bedroom units and 4 two-bedroom units
Square Footage: Units range from 629 to 825 square feet depending on the number of bedrooms.
Income Requirements: Prospective tenants must meet income qualifications set at 30%, 50%, and 60% of the area median income.
Accessibility Features: The building includes units designed with accessibility features for mobility and communication needs.
Special Accommodations: 6 units are designated as Permanent Supportive Housing, which means these housing units are set aside for persons recovering from homelessness.
Carol’s Village Gardens is made possible through support from local and state funding partners. We are thrilled to witness the transition of this project from concept to reality, contributing much-needed housing to our community.
