Carol’s Village Gardens, located at 820 Harrison Street, set to open in Summer 2025. This brand-new development offers 30 units in total, featuring a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments.

Unit Breakdown: 26 one-bedroom units and 4 two-bedroom units

Square Footage: Units range from 629 to 825 square feet depending on the number of bedrooms.

Income Requirements: Prospective tenants must meet income qualifications set at 30%, 50%, and 60% of the area median income.

Accessibility Features: The building includes units designed with accessibility features for mobility and communication needs.

Special Accommodations: 6 units are designated as Permanent Supportive Housing, which means these housing units are set aside for persons recovering from homelessness.
