Paid Time Off
Nine paid holidays per year.
Nine paid sick days per year accrued on a payroll basis.
Each employee starts accruing 2 weeks of vacation on a payroll basis. After 90 days, you are eligible to begin using what you have earned. The accrual rate for vacation increases with longevity.
Group Health Insurance
We offer Group Health Insurance through Wellmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield. There are two plans with different deductibles and a $25 office visit co-pay for primary care physicians.

Our Dental Insurance is through MetLife Dental and covers 100% of preventative services.
The Vision discount plan is through MetLife. It covers the eye exam and provides discounts on materials (contacts/glasses/Lasik).
Vera French provides employees with a Safe Harbor 401(k) plan; eligibility is the first of the month following six (6) months of active service. Vera French contributes 3% of employee’s annual compensation into their 401(k) account. In addition, Vera French will match 25% of every dollar employee contributes up to 6% of compensation. Employees are 100% vested in Vera French’s contributions from first day of eligibility.
Basic Life / AD&D
All employees are provided with basic life insurance and AD&D equal to one times their annual salary at no charge. Long Term Disability is also provided by Vera French. Supplemental Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Critical illness coverage, Accident coverage and Flex Spending Accounts are also available.

Tuition & Loan Reimbursement program
All employees are eligible to apply for the Tuition & Loan Reimbursement program following one (1) year of service.
