Homeless Outreach
Vera French’s Homeless Outreach Program
The Homeless Outreach program is designed to assist those with mental illnesses and are also experiencing homelessness such as living on the streets, in a shelter, or living with a friend or relative on an emergency basis.
The program also aids those who are housed but are facing homelessness such as receiving an eviction notice. The job of the Homeless Outreach Coordinator is to link these individuals to the appropriate services and assist them in navigating through the process of finding safe, affordable, and long-term housing.
You can contact the Outreach Coordinator at 563 -322-5276 ext. 8106 or stop by The Carol Center: 808 North Harrison St. Davenport, IA 52803
